Eagle Scout helps our Community
A Local Scout (Chase Hadden) needed a project to complete his Eagle Rank and wanted to give back to the community. He came up with the idea for a Welcome to Nipomo Sign.
He worked with Mark Blackford of Signcraft who guided Chase on the sign design and installation. Debbie Geaslen was instrumental and helped with grants, contacts and paperwork. Supervisor Paulding helped with permitting.
After a year of hard work, the official ribbon cutting was on September 28th, 2023.

Tefft Street Planters
On December 3rd, a team of volunteers helped spruce up Tefft Street by adding succulents to the existing planters.
M&A Nursery (mandanursery.com) graciously donated many of the succulents and soil.
If you would like to get involved, please contact The Olde Towne Nipomo Association.
